​​I was born in Brunswick, Maine but moved down to Massachusetts when I was a little boy.  That little boy has called me back to Maine, and I now hub out of one of the most beautiful places on Earth, Harpswell.  I have loved photography for most of my life, and I recently realized why I love photography so much.  As a landscape photographer, I really enjoy the opportunity it brings me to get out into our natural world where it is easier to breathe in some awe-inspiring beauty.  I enjoy the creative aspects of trying to capture the mood of the scene, and the stories of my experiences when capturing them to share with my friends, family and audience.  As a bit of a nerd, I enjoy the technical challenges of both taking the photographs and the editing process.  And I enjoy the wonderful people I get to meet along the way who are sometimes generous enough to share some of their stories back with me.
